heart disease
kidney disease
liver disease
severe infection or injury
thyroid disease
an unusual or allergic reaction to glyburide, sulfa drugs, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
pregnant or trying to get pregnant

How should I use this medicine?
Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. If you take this medicine once a day, take it with breakfast or the first main meal of the day. Take your medicine at the same time each day. Do not take more often than directed.
